These Purchase Terms (“Terms”) are effective as of 15th September 2015.
Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing any Merchandise from this website. By ordering any Merchandise from this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please do not purchase any Merchandise from this website.

INTERNATIONAL ECOMMERCE GROUP SDN BHD. is an independent distributor retailer and operates the online store of various consumer goods bands in Malaysia.
When do these Terms apply?
When you order anything from this website or any websites directly connected to this website, your agreement to the Terms during the order process constitutes your acceptance of the applicability of these Terms. It is only possible to deviate from these Terms if agreed in writing by Global Trader Marketing Sdn Bhdin its sole discretion.

The representations relating to the Merchandise or services on this website are without obligation and do not bind INTERNATIONAL ECOMMERCE GROUP SDN BHD,its suppliers and affiliates .INTERNATIONAL ECOMMERCE GROUP SDN BHD are likewise not bound by manifest clerical errors and mistakes in promotional descriptions and other statements referred to on this website. Minor colour and other variations in products are possible as a result of different image acquisition, display technologies or other technical reasons. INTERNATIONAL ECOMMERCE GROUP SDN BHD are not liable for these variations and deviations.
The stated prices include Malaysia Goods and Services Tax (GST). Prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia. INTERNATIONAL ECOMMERCE GROUP SDN BHD reserves the right to make price and product changes prior to an order placed by you is confirmed by both parties in order to allow you to decide whether you would wish to proceed with the purchase. INTERNATIONAL ECOMMERCE GROUP SDN BHD reserves the right to change, limit or terminate any special offers or discounts at any time.
INTERNATIONAL ECOMMERCE GROUP SDN BHD may charge shipping costs but with your confirmation whether you would wish to proceed with the purchase. These costs will, if applicable, be charged separately and specified and added up with the total amount of the order.
How is a contract concluded with you?
You have to be at least 18 years of age or older to buy products via this website.
Orders you place through this website are only an invitation to you to conclude a sales contract. The sales contract is only concluded upon the confirmation by INTERNATIONAL ECOMMERCE GROUP SDN BHD e-mail to you via Interbase Resources SDN BHD (the operator of this website). Until you receive this confirmation, you can still cancel the order.
You warrant that the information you provide to INTERNATIONAL ECOMMERCE GROUP SDN BHD in the request or order is accurate and complete. INTERNATIONAL ECOMMERCE GROUP SDN BHD is never obliged to accept an order. INTERNATIONAL ECOMMERCE GROUP SDN BHDis entitled at all times to verify an order in advance or to refuse an order without providing reasons. If INTERNATIONAL ECOMMERCE GROUP SDN BHD does not confirm your order within 3 business days, it is deemed to have been refused.
Use and storage of Merchandise
INTERNATIONAL ECOMMERCE GROUP SDN BHD draws your attention to the conditions of use instructions printed on the labels of the Merchandise. INTERNATIONAL ECOMMERCE GROUP SDN BHD is not liable for any damage resulting from the incorrect use, storage or handling of Merchandise, including such other use, storage or handling that is contrary to the instructions.Exchange Terms
Returns and Refunds for Damaged and Defective Merchandise
Quality is paramount and returned Merchandise on the basis that it is damaged or defective will be inspected.
If there is any damage to the Merchandise as a result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, we shall exchange the damaged or defective Merchandise with a new Merchandise or provide you with a full refund.
If the defect in the Merchandise was caused by factors other than manufacturing defects within our control (e.g., during the course of delivery), we will not provide you with a refund but we will exchange the defective Merchandise with a new Merchandise.
There shall not be any exchange or refunds for Merchandise:
§ Damaged by abuse or negligence, exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, usage not within manufacturer’s or supplier’s guidelines
§ Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose
Warranties and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, INTERNATIONAL ECOMMERCE GROUP SDN BHD excludes all conditions, warranties and guarantees (whether express or implied by or arising under statute, common law, equity, trade custom or usage or otherwise), and makes no representations, relating to the products ordered by you, including warranties or guarantees of acceptable quality, merchantability and fitness for purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes limits or modifies any conditions, warranties or guarantees implied by or arising under statute which cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where conditions, warranties or guarantees implied by or otherwise arising under law cannot be lawfully excluded, then to the extent permitted by law, INTERNATIONAL ECOMMERCE GROUP SDN BHD liability for a breach of any such condition, warranty or guarantee is limited, at the absolute option of INTERNATIONAL ECOMMERCE GROUP SDN BHD to the exchange of the products or the supply of equivalent products or the cost of replacing or of acquiring equivalent products.
Otherwise, to the maximum extent permitted by law, of INTERNATIONAL ECOMMERCE GROUP SDN BHD, and/or their respective officers, employees, agents and representatives will not be liable for any loss or damage (including, but not limited to, any loss of profit, loss of sales, loss of market, loss of goodwill or reputation, third party claims, incidental or special damages or indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind) to any person or entity, however caused (whether by negligence or otherwise), which may arise directly or indirectly from or in connection with these Terms, this website or any orders you place via this website.
Retention of title
The delivered Merchandise will remain the property of INTERNATIONAL ECOMMERCE GROUP SDN BHD (or as otherwise specified in the relevant agreement between INTERNATIONAL ECOMMERCE GROUP SDN BHD. and its supplier until you have paid all amounts owing under any agreement to us via the payment platform, in full, including the payment of costs, even of earlier or later deliveries or partial deliveries. You undertake not to sell, dispose of or encumber Merchandise before ownership thereof has passed to you.
Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
