DELIVERY INFORMATION

Once your order is verified, you can expect to receive your goods within the following time frame:

• In Metro areas: 2 - 3 working days (except Saturday, Sunday and holidays)
• In Non-Metro areas: 4 - 7 working days (except Saturday Sunday and holidays)

Products will be shipped from Tools Depot Retail Sdn Bhd's store, address: 9 and 11, Jalan BRP 1/4, Bukit Rahman Putra, 40160 Sg. Buloh, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia.

We work with a few logistic companies including GDex, Skynet and Poslaju, also using our own delivery team to serve our customers best. You may also opt to pick up your orders from our store.

East Malaysia:
