Should you find the need to return your newly purchased products, we will accept returns for items purchased online subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of the date of delivery.
• You are responsible for any costs associated with returning your items to us.
• Items must be returned in unwashed and unused condition, with all original tags attached. Shoe boxes must be returned in their original packaging in undamaged condition.
• We are unable to accept returns without boxes or with scratched or dirty soles. Please note that when trying on shoes, you should try them on a clean surface.
• Cash refunds are not available for purchases made on our websites.
• We will refund you in the form of coupons in equivalent value once we have received the return item back and confirmed that it meets the above conditions.
• Only returns via courier service shall be accepted, or alternatively, you can hand deliver them to:
