All Sealey products are covered by a minimum 1 year parts and labour guarantee. Hand Tools are covered by a no-quibble lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects. Guarantees on our Premier Air Tools and Welding Transformers are conditional on completion and return of a simple registration guarantee card

Hand Tools

*Lifetime replacement warranty on all of our hand tool ranges. No quibble guarantee also covers individual items within sets. Excludes TRX-Star* T40 bits, breaker bar knuckles, drill bits, blades and engineering taps and dies.

All-Steel Vices

5-Year replacement parts warranty conditional on registering your purchase with us on a Guarantee Card.

Welding Transformers

3-Year parts and labour warranty on main power transformer of Arc, MIG and Spot Welders plus Plasma Cutters. Comprises 1-Year unconditional parts and labour warranty, followed by a further 2-Year parts and labour conditional on registering your purchase with us on a Guarantee Card

Premier Viking

2-Year parts and labour warranty on our Premier Viking range of Jacking and Lifting equipment.

Premier Air Tools

2-Year parts and labour warranty. Comprises 1-Year unconditional parts and labour warranty followed by a further 1-Year parts and labour, conditional on registering your purchase with us on a Guarantee Card.

Return Policy

• Tools Depot Retail Sdn Bhd only allows an order to be cancelled at its discretion, subject to Tools Depot Retail Sdn Bhd recovering from the customer the costs incurred.

• The customer may only return product to Tools Depot Retail Sdn Bhd for incorrect ordering and receive a credit or refund, on the following conditions:

• The customer must contact Tools Depot Retail Sdn Bhd in advance to obtain the prior consent and a goods return number, which is to be quoted on all returned paperwork.

• Return must be made within 7 days of the date of delivery. Product must be returned to Tools Depot Retail Sdn Bhd in good condition, in their original packaging, with all paper works, parts and accessories, unused and in a saleable condition, to be confirmed by Tools Depot Retail Sdn Bhd after receipt.

• Product must be adequately packed and dispatched freight prepaid, clearly labelled, to the address advised by Tools Depot Retail Sdn Bhd.
