Goods can be return within 14 days of purchase.

We do not accept returns due to :

1. Customers' change of preference
2. damages suffered subsequent to the receipt of delivery by customer.

Returns will be accepted on the following conditions:

1. Defective goods (e.g. manufacturing defects, missing parts)
2. Goods returned must be in original condition ( in boxes )

Please request for return by emailing us at marketing@stabilo.com.my withing 14 days from the day order is received. You have to include the following details in the email:

1. Name
2. Contact Number
3. Order number
4. Product to return
5. Reason for return

Once we receive your request, we shall contact you within 3 working days for further instructions.

Customers who do not notify us of the return request before returning the goods shall not be entertained. Request for return must be made through email.

We reserve the rights to offer Customer either a direct replacement or alternative version of the item. If we are unable to provide such altrernatives, a full refund in the form of refund vouchers shall be provided to customers withing 30 days of the agreed return.

Customer have to bear the cost of return.
