Tune Talk LMall Online SIM Terms and Conditions

  1. New subscriber are required to submit the Tune Talk Online SIM Registration request via SIM Registration e-form upon receive the SIM pack. Failure to do so will lead to failure in receive top up credit, top up freebies and the 50% top up rebate.

  2. New subscriber are required to submit a clear copy of their NRIC/PASSPORT, where the full name and ID number should be exactly the same as per the full name and NRIC/PASSPORT number they fill in during the SIM order. A simple verification will be carry out to protect the buyer.

  3. All subscribers’ information must be accurate and correct in accordance to the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission’s Regulations of prepaid registration Regulation 2006. Failure to do so will lead to termination of the service without notice.

  4. SIM registration will take about 48 hours of working day to complete.

  5. One (1) individual can only register a maximum of ten (10) SIMs under single user NRIC/Passport. Malaysian citizen are required to register using NRIC only. Exception are given to Military personnel and police officers as they are using unique ID.

  6. Tune Talk Youth SIM are not available until further notice.

  7. 50% rebate will be credited to subscribers for their first reload. Rebate only entitle for RM30 and RM50 reload amount and will only be credited within 24 hours once registration completed.

  8. Any other promotions or benefits from the top up purchased will still apply.

  9. If a selected mobile number is not available, Tune Talk reserves the right to replace it with the closest number or any number available without prior notification.

  10. The Tune Talk SIM pack comes with:
    • Tune Talk Mobile Prepaid SIM card with first top up credit purchased by subscriber during the SIM ordering process.

    • 50% top up rebate on the first top up.

    • Free delivery to your door step. Pos Laju’s personnel will sight the recipient subscriber’s identification document (MyKad /passport) before handing over the Free Tune Talk Mobile Prepaid SIM card.


  11. All payments made on confirmed orders are non-refundable.

  12. SIM delivery time is estimated at 3-5 working days (any delay in delivery is subject to Pos Laju’s terms and conditions of delivery). Tune talk will not be responsible for any damage or lost once the parcel are out from our end.

  13. SIM delivery is only available within Malaysia.

  14. For P.O. Box delivery address as confirmed by Pos Laju, customers would need to contact Pos Laju to get the parcel location/office address to collect it as Pos Laju will not deliver it but leave a note in the post box.

  15. Subscriber will need to top up and stay active to avoid SIM fall into Grace Period status. (which means that the subscriber can only receive voice calls and SMS only, with no outgoing calls, SMS and mobile data).

  16. In the event of fraudulent activity, Tune Talk reserves the right to disqualify any registration at its own discretion.

  17. Tune Talk at its sole discretion, reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Offer in the event that it becomes incapable of running as planned, technically interfered or corrupted, including but not limited to infection by computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Tune Talk, despite the best efforts of Tune Talk, or for any reason whatsoever without the need to disclose such reason.

  18. All queries pertaining to the above service should be directed to Tune Talk’s Customer Care by calling 13100 or 03-2772 0000 from 8am to 10pm daily.

  19. All subscribers that participate in this Offer are bound by the terms and conditions contained and/or amended herein and any decisions made by Tune Talk shall be final and no further correspondence will be entertained.

  20. Where the terms and conditions are translated into a language other than the English Language, in the event of any inconsistencies, conflicts or discrepancies between the terms and conditions set out in the English Language version and that of the other language(s), the English Language version shall prevail.

  21. The terms and conditions herein shall be governed and construed in the laws of Malaysia and the subscribers agree unconditionally to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysia.

  22. All subscribers’ personal information is subject to the Personal Data Protection Act, 2010 as explained on Tune Talk’s website at www.tunetalk.com.

  23. Tune Talk reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without any prior notice.

Tune Talk LMall Topup Madness Terms and Conditions

The Tune Talk Top Up Madness Promotion, hereinafter referred to as “Promotion” is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. The Promotion period starts from 12:01am 18th March 2017 until further notice.

  2. This Promotion is valid for all existing and new Tune Talk, Tone Excel and Tone Plus subscribers only.

  3. To qualify for this Promotion, subscribers must top up airtime credit of RM30, RM50 and RM100 or above in a single denomination.

  4. The Promotion offers free data in a "Promo Bucket" for top ups of RM30 or above in a single denomination with a respective validity period as per the above table. A Promo Bucket is the provision of a quoted amount of local voice call minutes, local on-network SMS and/or data.

  5. The Data for this Promotion only applies to local Data and is not applicable for roaming Data.

  6. Any excess usage above the stipulated allocation will be charged at current prevailing rates or will be utilised from an existing active Voice Plan, SMS Plan and/or Data Plan.

  7. Subscribers with another active Voice Plan, SMS Plan and/or Data Plan will have their quota utilised from the Plan or from the Promo Bucket that expires first.

  8. Subscribers can check the status of their Promo Bucket by dialling *134#.

  9. Subscribers with an existing Promo Bucket from this Promotion that receives another Promo Bucket from the Promotion will have their previous Promo Bucket forfeited and a new Promo Bucket will become active, i.e. the later Promo Bucket will take over the previous Promo Bucket.

  10. The Promo Bucket is non-transferable and cannot be transferred to a different Tune Talk account under the same individual.

  11. All queries pertaining to the above Promotion should be directed to Tune Talk’s Customer Care by calling 13100 or 03-2772 0000 from 8am to 10pm daily.

  12. All subscribers that participate in the Promotion are bound by the terms and conditions contained herein together with Tune Talks service terms and conditions, as and when so amended herein and any decisions made by Tune Talk shall be final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
