How does the SIM Registration works?
STEP 1: Upon receiving your SIM pack, you are required to call 010-777 7112 for SIM Registration Process.
  SIM Registration Hotline operation hours is 9am-6pm from Monday to Friday.
STEP 2: Tell our friendly customer executive your Lelong.my order ID, SIM S/N, Fullname and NRIC/Passport.
STEP 3: Is just that sinple! Now you can sit back and enjoy your coffee while we will assist you on your SIM Registration and activation.
STEP 4: A welcome SMS will be sent to you once your SIM has been registered.
 
How to change your mobile number?
Mobile number is subject to the availability and is free for the first 24hours after SIM registration.
STEP 1: Login to Tune Talk Self Care portal with your login details. 
STEP 2: Select your "Mobile Number"
STEP 3: Under "My Numbers" tab, click on "Change Mobile Number" from the Side Menu.
STEP 4: Enter your preferred last 4 digits Tune Talk Mobile Number.
STEP 5: Choose your preferred mobile number from the number list and submit your request.
STEP 6: The mobile number is now in reserve status. Please call our customer executive at 03-2772 0000 within 24 hours to complete the mobile number change process.
STEP 7: Don! You can now use your new number!

 

Tune Talk Online SIM Terms and Conditions

Tune Talk Online SIM offer, hereinafter referred to as “Offer” is subject to the following terms and conditions:

 
1.

New Tune Talk subscribers can now get Tune Talk SIMs under this Offer which runs from 00:00:00 25th July 2016 until further notice.

2.

To qualify for this Offer, subscribers must purchase a minimum of RM30 top up via the SIM order.

3.

New subscriber are required to call Tune Talk Online SIM Registration Hotline 010 777 7112 to register the SIM upon receive the SIM pack. All subscribers’ information must be accurate and correct in accordance to the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission’s Regulations of prepaid registration Regulation 2006. Failure to do so will lead to termination of the service without due notice. 

4.

One (1) individual can only register a maximum of ten (10) SIMs.

5.

If a selected mobile number is not available, Tune Talk reserves the right to replace it with the closest number or any number available without prior notification.

6.

The Tune Talk SIM pack comes with:

  • Tune Talk Mobile Prepaid SIM card with first top up credit purchased by subscriber during the SIM ordering process.
  • 50% top up rebate on the first top up.
  • Free delivery to your door step (Pos Laju’s personnel must sight the recipient subscriber’s identification document (MyKad / passport / others) before handing over the Free Tune Talk Mobile Prepaid SIM card. Failure to provide the subscriber’s identification document to the Pos Laju’s personnel for sighting will mean the Tune Talk Mobile Prepaid SIM card will not be handed over.
7.

The maximum capped rate for the 50% top up rebate is RM25 and will only be credited to subscriber’s SIM within 1-2 working days from the SIM registration date.

8.

All payments made on confirmed orders are non-refundable.

9.

SIM delivery time is estimated at 7 working days (any delay in delivery is subject to Pos Laju’s terms & conditions of delivery).

10.

SIM delivery is only available within Malaysia.

11.

For P.O. Box delivery address as confirmed by Pos Laju, customers would need to contact Pos Laju to get the parcel location/office address to collect it as Pos Laju will not deliver it but leave a note in the post box. 

12.

Subscriber will need to top up and stay active to avoid SIM fall into Grace Period status. (which means that the subscriber can only receive voice calls & SMS only, with no outgoing calls, SMS and mobile data).

13.

In the event of fraudulent activity, Tune Talk reserves the right to disqualify any registration at its own discretion.

14.

Tune Talk at its sole discretion, reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Offer in the event that it becomes incapable of running as planned, technically interfered or corrupted, including but not limited to infection by computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Tune Talk, despite the best efforts of Tune Talk, or for any reason whatsoever without the need to disclose such reason.

15.

All queries pertaining to the above service should be directed to Tune Talk’s Customer Care by calling 13100 or 03-2772 0000 from 8am to 10pm daily.

16. All subscribers that participate in this Offer are bound by the terms and conditions contained and/or amended herein and any decisions made by Tune Talk shall be final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
17.

Where the terms & conditions are translated into a language other than the English Language, in the event of any inconsistencies, conflicts or discrepancies between the terms and conditions set out in the English Language version and that of the other language(s), the English Language version shall prevail.

18. The terms and conditions herein shall be governed and construed in the laws of Malaysia and the subscribers agree unconditionally to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysia.
19.

All subscribers personal information is subject to the Personal Data Protection Act, 2010 as explained on Tune Talk’s website at www.tunetalk.com.

20.
