4. We will fully responsible if the product(s) discrepancy or damaged on arrival due to delivery mishandling. Please report to us via email within 3 days from the time of package arriving. Any report after 3 days shall not be entertain.

5. We will ship out your item within 3 working days. Whole process will take 3-5 days.
