All the items have undergone high standards of quality checks and we assume there are no serious flaws in our products. We will only accept returns for faulty products within 7 days of receipt.
POLICY
To return an item, please email our customer service team (rayfair@clo.com.my) and we will assist you with return instructions. We will only accept returns that have been processed by our customer service team.
Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment. Buyers will be responsible for any return postage incurred. Any item(s) returned, with tags removed, or having been used, soiled or damaged will not be refunded.
