DELIVERY and PROCESS POLICY

1. We will only process your order once you have successfully placed your order and we received the payment details.

2. We are not providing you “Cash On Delivery” service and will only send to you by PosLaju National Courier or Ninja Van.

3. Please expect to receive your order within 3 – 7 working days for Malaysia delivery only and 3 – 14 days for International delivery.

4. Any order received with payment or the item has been shipped are not able for cancellation.

5. We will process your order only during working days, Monday – Friday (9 am – 6 pm). We will not deliver or process your order during weekends and Public Holidays.

6. We are unable to speed up processing your order and delivery because we will process it in turns.

7. Please take note that shipping rates differ from each location and weight of ordered product.
