Delivery Time

Estimated order-cycle time:
1–3 working days (from the time X1R Asia receives your order until delivery)

Days	Activity
Working day 0	Order submitted and receives to X1R Asia for processing.
Working day 1	X1R Asia confirms your order details and payment, and downloads the order. Note that payment must be received before the order is confirmed, may take at least one additional day for payment.
Working day 2-3	Courier Service to Pick up and deliver to customer door.

We keep you informed

Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details, including shipping and delivery estimates for each item. Once your item has prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information.

Potential Delays

Please note that your order may be delayed due to the following reasons:

If payment is not approved.
If there are stock shortages.
Delivery to remote areas is subject to our courier service and delivery scheduling.
If you are not available at the time of attempted delivery, will reschedule the delivery subject to courier service.

Standard Delivery
