Your order is shipped directly from the Neffos warehouse via Poslaju or any other reputable courier service. International shipping via DHL is available to all major Countries.

Same Day Shipping*
In most cases we are able to ship the same day (Monday - Friday), provided the order is placed before 3.00pm (GMT +08.00). We cannot guarantee this but make every efforts to do so.

Same day shipping doesn't apply to:

  • International Orders.
  • Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
  • Orders for large props or Special Order items.

How are shipping and handling charges determined?
Shipping and handling rates are determined by the total weight / dimension of all of the merchandise ordered. Free shipping available for selected items with a promotion and will be clearly indicated on the product posting.

Please Note:

  • In all domestic shipping options, Business Days are weekdays, Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Selected products will not be shipped on the every first Friday of the month to avoid any miscarriage occurring.
  • Domestic shipment (Within Malaysia): Shipping may take 1-2 business days from the date of shipment.
  • International shipment: Transit times from Malaysia may take 2 - 5 business days, and can vary based on DHL tariff zones from the date of shipment.
  • All transit times specified by DHL are subject to Customs clearance.
  • Custom duties and taxes are not included in shipping charges as stated.

International Shipping:
Neffos ships to over 200 Countries via DHL Express Worldwide. Once you have entered your shipping information, shipping rates will be determined based on the estimated weight of your order including shipping materials, and your zip code.

Damages and Missing Items
If you have received an item that has been damaged or have missing items from your order, contact us by phone at 03-8090 5068 Ext. 211 or email within 3 business days of receipt. Keep all items, boxes, and packing material shipped to you for inspection. For damages, you will need to provide us a description and photos of the damage to the item as well as the condition of any packaging via email. In the event that an order contains damaged or defective items for which a customer does not wish a replacement, the customer will be responsible for returning the items according to the return policy.

For missing items, please make sure you have removed all packing material from the shipping box to confirm that the item was not hidden from view. Sometimes small items are shipped inside other items to protect them during shipping. If your order required multiple boxes to ship, it may be helpful to check the tracking information to confirm that all packages have been delivered.

How to arrange for self collect item?
Neffos warehouse is located at Puchong, Selangor. Appointment with Neffos must be made 3 business days prior collection. Any walk-in customer without appointment will not be entertained.

Out-of-Stock Products
We take every measure to ensure that the products we offer are in stock. However, from time-to-time we may sell out situation for a particular item. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you within one business day of your order.

Standard Shipping Time Frame for Malaysia Deliveries:

  • For order in Cash Term Basis (Payment via Maybank2u, online transfer or cash bank-in), items will be deliver within 3 - 5 working days from the date of order received.
  • For Credit card payment, Neffos will verify and process your order within 10 - 14 working days from the date of order received.
  • Not applicable to out-of-stock or on-order items.

Warranty Terms
Neffos limited or its local relevant Neffos affiliates ("Neffos") provides for each purchased Product (the “Product”) this warranty (“Warranty”). The Warranty is separate and in addition to the legal rights of consumers under applicable state or national laws governing the sale of consumer goods. This Warranty does not therefore affect or replace the Consumer’s statutory rights under such applicable laws. Neffos, according to this Warranty, represents and warrants that the Product and its accessories under normal use during the Warranty Period are free from defects in materials and workmanship.
1.The Warranty lasts and is provided in accordance with the respective local laws, as standard for a period of two(2) years for the Host unit, six (6) months for the Battery and Charger, and three (3) months for the Earphone from the date of purchase of the Product (“Warranty Period”), and is only applicable if you have purchased the Product in local countries.
2.During the Warranty Period, Neffos or its authorised service network (the list is available at the following address: will repair or replace, at Neffos's option, the Product or any relevant parts thereof in the event that the Product is found to be defective. The repaired Product or the Product/part provided as a replacement for a defective Product/part shall be free from defect. Repair or replacement of a Product may involve the use of functionally equivalent reconditioned unit. The purchaser of the Product or his/her assignee ("Consumer") shall not be charged (whether for parts, labour or otherwise) for the repair or replacement of a defective Product during the Warranty Period. All defective replaced parts, boards or equipment shall become the property of Neffos.
3.Unless contrary to the respective local law, the Warranty in respect of a repaired or replaced Product/part shall continue for the remaining Warranty Period of the repaired Product or replacement thereof to the Consumer.
4.Upon request from Neffos, the Consumer may be required to provide the purchase receipt or other documentation or information in respect of the date and place of purchase. In the event that the information is not presented or if it is incomplete or illegible, Neffos reserves the right to refuse the Warranty service.
5.This Warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
  • Normal wear and tear of the equipment.
  • Defects and damages due to the equipment being used other than in a normal and customary manner.
  • Any unauthorised disassembly, repair, alteration or modifications being carried out.
  • Misuse, abuse, negligence or accident howsoever caused.
  • Defects or damage due to spillage of food or liquids, corrosion, rust or the use of wrong voltage.
  • Scratches or damage to plastic surfaces and all other externally exposed parts that are due to normal customer use.
6.Defects or damage due to spillage of food or liquids, corrosion, rust or the use of wrong voltage.
  • If the serial number or warranty seal on the equipment has been defaced or removed.
  • If any term contained in this warranty has been altered or modified in any way without the prior written consent of Neffos.
  • Without any proof of purchase.
7.This warranty applies only to the hardware components of the Product as originally supplied and does not apply to any software or other equipment that are owned by Neffos or third parties or third parties for which an end-user license agreement or separate warranty/guarantee statements or exclusions are provided or intended to apply.
8.Neffos is not responsible for the damage to or loss of any programs, data, or removable storage media where you do not backup your data. Therefore Neffos recommends the Consumer to back up the contents of his Product before delivering it to a Neffos authorised centre.
9.Except for the express warranties set forth above, Neffos grants no other warranties, express or implied, by statute or otherwise, regarding the Product, fitness for any purpose or otherwise. To the extent permitted by local laws, Neffos shall not be liable for the loss of use of the Product, inconvenience, loss or any other consequential damage, arising out of the use of, or inability to use the Product or for breach of any express or implied warranty.
