Where do you ship to?

Currently we are only able to accept online order to shipping addresses within Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia), and do not ship internationally. Orders are shipped via Pos Laju.


How long will it take to receive my products?

All orders are shipped within 2 to 5 working days. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order have been shipped. Your products should arrive in 2 to 4 working days via courier service.

(Working days are Monday-Friday ; Public holidays excluded)


What if nobody is home to receive my order when it arrives?

The courier service may try to deliver your item up to 2 times, if nobody is around to receive the item then it may be returned to our warehouse and you will be charged a delivery/shipping fee for re-delivery.


What if I put the incorrect shipping address?

If you put the wrong shipping address, you need to email us within 30 minutes of the purchase following the instructions on your order confirmation. We cannot guarantee the changes will go through. Best to ensure you review all the details of your order correctly before confirming your purchase.

What happens if I want to cancel my order?

We cannot always guarantee 100% that it will be cancelled when you request a cancellation. We physically cannot cancel orders after 30 minutes of you placing your order. Best to ensure you review your order correctly before confirming your purchase.
