All orders will be shipping out within 2 working days with trusted courier service. Buyers will get informed by email and SMS once the order shipped out.
A. All products is not refundable or exchangeable if:
- The purchased over 15 days, or
- The product packing sealed is broken and the product is not defected.
B. Buyers have option to get full refund if the ordered item is out of stock and we are not able to ship out the order within 3 working days.
1. TENDA provides 3 years one to one swap warranty to all of our models based on purchased date.
2. TENDA provides free return warranty shipping within the warranty period and 2 ways shipping for defects within 15 days from date of purchase* (*Manufacturiing defect confirmed).
For below conditions, we will not provide warranty , please kindly check and take care:
1. Product is physical damaged, watered, burned, or other manmade damaged.
2. Model is opened, or serial number, missing, or parts of the model missing

1. Contact us through our Technical, our representative will reply to you within 24hours.
2. If you make a phone call to our Technical Support Line, we’ll try our best to solve the problems over the phone. If more information is needed, TENDA engineer shall call back within 24hours to clarify.
3. If the product is judged to be defective, the representative will be provide a RMA number. Please take the RMA number, the defective product and purchasing proof to the TENDA Official Store operator or TENDA service center for warranty.
