Delivery charges of RM15.00 per order (for Goods) that are less than RM200.00 purchase value will be charged for delivery and added to the price of your Goods and reflected in your sales order. All Goods/Services purchased from us will only be delivered to addresses within Malaysia. No delivery will be made outside Malaysia, Malaysia post office boxes and overseas post office boxes.

Goods will be packed within 48 hours when the order has been placed (excluding weekends). Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via email, and delivery will take 1 to 7 working day/days. (Please note that should there be delays within the postal system, this may delay the arrival of your parcel.)

We are not liable for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that delay the delivery, such as: flight delays, adverse weather conditions, or congestion. In these situations we will try our best to notify you of the delay and inform you of the estimated delivery date.

In the rare event that your Goods ordered never arrives, notification of lost items must be received by us within 30 days from receipt of the sales confirmation email.
